Roll with the punches

“Roll with the punches” comes to mind as I compose today’s email. Business is tight and you can’t let it get you down, you need to explore the opportunities that are available and roll with the punches. Jumping back up and looking for the next opportunity. In my role as Social Media Director at BinB I see it is my job to point out opportunities to our members while suggesting ways to make best use of membership. Those that listen can win, those that don’t may also win but will probably have to work a little harder. And you need to decide if £20 + VAT per month is a small price to pay to help people find you who have a need for what you've got. With the world cup just around the corner we have some BinB space that is hot for world cup food ideas ... in the last month around 1000 people have found our space and today alone I anticipate 100 people finding the pages via the search engines as the momentum builds. Logic suggested I found a local South African food retailer, he signed up for some BinB web space and in return we’ll drive opportunity his way, deal ... Our BusinessinAscot.co.uk space is starting to gain traction around Royal Ascot. Obviously it will be impacted by the football this year but if Brian Smith, our www.RoyalAscotTipster.co.uk , is happy to sharpen his pencil then we’ll be off on the 15th June. Last year we had something like 6,000 visitors during Ascot week. So if you business relates to this world you should really think about saying hello. It’s Mary’s Breakfast this morning and Thursday evening, Mary with her FSB hat on has organised a great opportunity to do a spot of networking while watching the sunset over Dorney Lake, check the photo above, what a great sight.
